Athletes planning to return to Alpine Yukon's Race and Development Programs will have access to dryland training. There are two options this season, note the location changes.:

Training Schedule

Option 1: Race Team (Ages 12-17 - U14, U16, U18)​

​

Starting: January 7 to April 10, 2025 (excluding March Break - ​March 11, 13, 18, 20)

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:45 to 4:45pm

Where: Better Bodies​ Crosstraining Centre: 122 Industrial Road

Cost: $192

​

Option 2: Members (Ages 12 up to Masters)​

​

Starting: Mondays from January 13 to April 7, 2025 with the following exceptions:

• January 20th gym closed, Dryland on Wednesday January 22nd this week

• February 24th gym closed, Dryland on Wednesday February 26th this week

• March 10th and March 17th - no Dryland over Spring Break.

When: Mondays from 5:00 to 6:00pm  - See dates below

Where: Ecole Emilie Tremblay School 

Cost: $40
