Alpine Yukon AGM

 

ASAY’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held July 9th, 2020 at 7:00pm via video and teleconference (via Zoom), as per the Yukon Government COVID-19 provisions for AGMs.  All are welcome and encouraged to attend.  If you would like to attend please send an email to alpineskiyukon@gmail.com and we will send you a link and password details to access the meeting.  Please indicate in the email if you are concerned about attending in a virtual format and we will assist as best we can with the set-up. 

During the AGM, those members entitled to vote will be asked to consider and vote on resolutions.  Proposed resolutions include reports of the latest financial year and the appointment of new officers.  In compliance with the rules of the ASAY Constitution, the officers of the Association to be elected include President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and Directors at Large.  Nominations for positions of officers must be received by June 26th, 2020 via email to alpineskiyukon@gmail.com. All nominees will be notified of their nomination by July 3rd.  Nominations will also be accepted from the floor at the AGM.  Voting for positions with more than one nomination will be conducted via online anonymous polling.  Voting by proxy will be considered.
